Mission Critical Field Ops

Privacy Policy

Effective July 17, 2026

This policy explains how Mission Critical IT LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information in Mission Critical Field Ops (the “Service”).

Information we collect

How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, process payments, communicate with you (including one-time sign-in codes), provide support, and keep the Service secure and lawful.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We use a small set of service providers to run the Service:

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Tenant isolation

Each business’s data is segregated by account (“tenant”). We design the Service so one business cannot access another’s data.

Data retention and your choices

We keep your data while your account is active. You can export your data to CSV files at any time from Settings — customers, and (where available) reports, expenses, and mileage logs. You can delete your account yourself from Settings → Account → Close my account (or by contacting us). When you delete your account we disable it immediately and permanently remove your data after a 30-day recovery window (in case the deletion was a mistake). If you cancel a paid plan without deleting, your account becomes read-only and your data is retained until you delete it. Some records may be retained as required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, and anonymous feedback you volunteer when leaving may be kept to improve the Service.

Your customers’ data

The customer information you enter is yours; you are the controller of that data and responsible for handling it lawfully. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service.

Your public website

The Service can host a public marketing website for your business. Anything you publish on your site is visible to anyone on the internet. When a visitor submits your site’s contact form, their name, contact details, and message are delivered to you and stored as a lead in your account — like the rest of your customers’ data, you are the controller of that information and we process it on your behalf. We keep basic technical logs needed to serve and protect the sites, and we do not place ads or third-party trackers on your site.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated through the Service.
